Reconditioning Training

The Guard Sales Reconditioning Training is a hands-on, start-to-finish walkthrough of the complete professional reconditioning process.
This training is typically provided one-on-one or in small groups, often on-site at your shop, but can also be held at our location if needed.

Rather than a set classroom-style course, this training is designed to meet you where you are.
In many cases, we work directly with shops, dealerships, or new hires — showing them the entire reconditioning process step by step, answering questions along the way, and helping build proper habits from day one.

Training sessions usually last a few hours, but can extend to a full day depending on how in-depth you want to go and how much hands-on practice is needed.
